With the continuous development of the satellite communication technology,there are increasing technical requirements on satellite-borne antennas.The loop cable-net antenna has become a hot research topic in the field of satellite deployable antenna due to its large caliber,light weight,high receving rate,low density and high precision,which is valuable in the realization of large caliber satellite-borne antennas.With reference to the existing antenna structures,this thesis designs a double-layer parallelogram loop truss structure with the aim of reducing the antenna collection height and increasing the receiving rate.The following work is done for this new loop cable-net antenna:(1)For the double-layer parallelogram loop truss structure,its principle and main parts are introduced,and the sizes of its integral and structural units are also designed in detail based on specific design parameters.In addition,its main parts are designed,its whole assembly model is obtained and the simulation of the deployment is carried out by using three-dimensional software.(2)According to the structural features of the double-layer parallelogram loop truss,the coordinate transformation method is used to derive the coordinate transformation relationship between the structural units,a parameterized truss kinematic analysis model is established,the displacement,velocity and acceleration equations of any node of the truss is obtained,and the movement rule of joints between the truss and the cable-net structure is studied.By planning the deployable angular velocity,the deployment process of the truss is controlled to reduce the impact.(3)With the paraboloid of revolution loop cable-net antenna as the research object,form finding of the middle deployment state of the cable-net structure is finished by considering the influence of the prestressed cable-net structure on the deployment process and establishing and solving the finite element stiffness equation.In this paper,the energy conversion involved in the antenna deployment is studied,and the calculation formulas of the potential energy and the driving rope of the cable-net structure is given.The antenna deployment process is divided into several stages,a static analysis is made of the deployment process,and the specific calculation process of the pulling force is given.The software Mathematica is used to write the deployment simulation program,and the potential energy curve and driving rope tension curve of two antennas with different structures are obtained based on the concrete examples.Finally,the simulaiton results are analyzed,which validate the reliability of this research method.
