In recent years,with the innovation and development of the Internet and the continuous penetration of e-commerce into traditional industries,people's online shopping experience has been continuously optimized,and the industry coverage and transaction scale of e-commerce have been steadily increasing.As an important part of the e-commerce system,modern logistics plays an increasingly important role in the growth of the national economy and the prosperity of the society.Under the new normal economy,China's logistics development has progressed steadily,but there are still many problems such as:high social logistics cost,low level of information management,information asymmetry,low level of logistics management,and other issues,which seriously restrict the development of China's economy and society.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee emphasized the need to implement and implement the concept of developing a shared economy.Because of its inherent sharing,the logistics industry has always been the focus of the sharing economy.Based on the characteristics of shared logistics and the status of freight logistics in China,this paper designs and implements a shared logistics distribution management system based on mobile GIS for freight logistics.This paper integrates information and material resources in the logistics system through shared logistics innovation model to optimize resource allocation.Improving the efficiency and security of logistics distribution through GIS system and logistics distribution's integration,and optimizing the logistics distribution route to achieve the goal of "cost reduction and efficiency increase".This article focuses on four major aspects.First,it studies the current status of freight logistics and the innovative model of shared logistics,proposes a new shared freight logistics model,designs and implements a shared logistics management system.This system effectively concentrates the excess social idle freight vehicles,connects the freight distribution suppliers and demand parties,and balances the information asymmetry relationship.Secondly,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and research on the application status,relevant theories and technologies of mobile GIS,builds a mobile GIS platform that serves the freight sharing logistics model,simplifies the distribution process,and makes up for the disadvantages of low logistics logistics safety.Third,this paper studies and analyzes the logistics delivery vehicle routing problem.At the same time,combining the distribution model of shared freight logistics,this paper carries out problem model analysis and mathematical modeling for the two processes of shared freight logistics delivery and picking,designs and implements a vehicle path optimization algorithm suitable for the system distribution mode,provides a new idea of solving the OVRP problem The optimization algorithm effectively reduces the logistics distribution costs and improves the quality and efficiency of freight logistics distribution.Finally,this paper designs and implements the test of the system.The test includes three parts:algorithm simulation,function test and performance test.Through analyzing the test results,the system function and performance meet the established requirements.This paper studies the related technologies of shared freight logistics,mobile GIS technology and vehicle path planning,effectively optimizes the allocation of logistics resources,improves the level of information management of logistics distribution,logistics distribution efficiency and service quality,and has certain research significance and practical price.
