With the rapid development of Internet of things(Io T),radio frequency identification technology(RFID)rises and flourishes rapidly in the application fields because of its outstanding advantages and features, such as non physical contact, high working efficiency, remote identification, easy to implement and design. But the traditional RFID technology has many issues, which restricts the development of RFID technology. For example, the traditional RFID system use backend database server, which cannot carry the heavy computation and massive data storage. The user's deployment costs are very high? And the cable channels are used to establish communication between the database and reader, which restricts the mobility of reader. While in the cloud based RFID system, users can rent the required resources from the cloud provider and the reader can move freely by wireless channels, which can solve above problems. However, the data transmitted by radio signals faces more serious security problems, such as eavesdropping, intercepting, tampering, tracking etc.And the RFID tags lack sufficient storage and calculation capacity, which will directly affect the use of RFID security protection technology. In addition, the ownership of an RFID tag is not immutable and frozen in its whole life,so considering the ownership transfer problem between the old and new owners is of great significance. Therefore,it is very important to design a reasonable RFID authentication and ownership transfer scheme and improve the work efficiency on the bases of ensuring the security and privacy of each communication entity. The main results we obtained in this thesis are as follows.Firstly,a lightweight cloud-based RFID group authentication protocol is proposed by considering its characteristics and security requirements,.The scheme is designed based on lightweight one-way hash function, not only consider the mutual authentication between cloud database and tag group, but also filter out invalid and fake tags.In particular, the protocol can also resist multi DOS attacks. The RFID system has high security and authentication efficiency.Secondly, based on the mutual identity authentication between the cloud database and tag group,a group tag ownership transfer protocol based on lightweight one-way hash functionis proposed, which implements the transfer of group tags' ownership. The security analysis based on BAN logic and AVISPA tool shows that both the two schemes put forward in this thesis are secure. Finally, considering that the main resource consumption and hardware cost of the proposed protocols comes from hash function implemented in the tags,in this thesis the lightweight hash function Photon is selected for performance analysis, the hardware structure of algorithm Photon-160/36/36 is designed and analyzed. The analysis results show that the algorithm can satisfy the lightweight requirements.
