With the rise of China's marine strategy,the demand for marine operators has increased dramatically,and the contradiction with the lack of marine medical resources and the insufficient physical health of marine operators has restricted the development of marine economy.The condition of maritime communication is limited and the working environment is special.Beidou system has both the function of short message communication and positioning.Therefore,the research on the system of sign monitoring based on Beidou satellite data transmission is very beneficial to the health protection of the operators at sea.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs a physical monitoring system for marine operators based on Beidou data transmission and location.Combining with the research status at home and abroad,the research contents of this paper are mainly in the following three aspects:1.Describe the overall system design,and explain in detail the design process of key sub-equipment.The data aggregation equipment including Bluetooth broadcasting group technology can organize and package the physical data of the operators,and realize the small data aggregation of multiple Bluetooth devices,which solves the problem that Bluetooth device network is limited by the number of devices;the physical data acquisition equipment including wearable technology can collect the physical data of the operators under the low power consumption mode.Set and storage.2.Different from the existing methods of eliminating invalid data of wearable devices,the problem of eliminating invalid abnormal values of blood oxygen and heart rate data is solved by using the Laida criterion based on the prediction comparison method and the variation of difference.3.Compared with the existing wearable equipment threshold comparison method,the time series-based forecasting method is applied to analyze the sign data.By comparing the exponential smoothness of different orders,the optimal order is obtained.After Bland Altman analysis,the forecasting data is proved to be reliable,and the forecasting and evaluation model is established to analyze the health status of seafarers.Through laboratory tests,the modules and sub-devices in each system meet the design targets.Through the offshore fishery administration vessel configuration experiment,the system satisfies the dynamic positioning of the vessel under the mobile condition;through offshore offshore oil 111 drilling platform configuration experiment,the system satisfies the data communication under the offshore environment,and the operator's physical condition can be monitored in real time.The system design meets the actual needs of marine health management and provides technical support for the rapid development of marine services.
