Campus traffic safety is an important aspect of campus security work.In order to maintain the campus traffic order,many colleges and universities have developed campus vehicle management systems,such as campus vehicle access management systems,vehicle violation management systems,school bus management systems,and so on.However,these application systems are independent of each other,and the functional design focuses on a single point.When a user enters a different system,frequent login page switching is required,user operations are cumbersome,and user data of multiple systems is redundant.For this reason,this paper combines the license plate recognition,GPS,Android,Baidu maps and other technologies to establish a comprehensive management and control platform for campus vehicles to achieve the functions of campus vehicle access,illegal management and school bus management.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)Presented a solution for the management and control platform of the school vehicle,and analyzed the functional requirements of the platform.The functions included user management,vehicle access management,vehicle violation management,school bus management and other four modules,and the specific requirements of each module.Detailed instructions.(2)Research on key technology of the platform,including license plate recognition technology in vehicle access management,GPS technology in school bus management,Android development platform,Baidu map API,and Shiro security framework in user management.(3)Designed and implemented a campus vehicle management and control platform.The SSM framework is adopted as the platform development framework,and Maven project management tools are used to manage the project.The key technologies of the platform are used to implement four major functional modules:user management,vehicle access management,illegal management,and school bus management.Finally,the system and various functional modules were tested.The test results show that the campus vehicle management and control platform has achieved the functions of vehicle access management,vehicle violation management,school bus management,and user management,simplifying the cumbersome operations caused by switching between multiple application systems,and reducing the redundant user data generated by multi-application systems.
