As a new type of business,private equity funds play a significant role in promoting the prosperity of China's financial market,which can effectively promote market activity and provide investors with more diversified investment mode.Due to the lack of relevant laws and regulations in China's private equity fund business,in the context of the gradual participation of many institutions in the private equity fund business,the ability to regulate the behavior of investors or managers is poor,resulting in insufficient maturity of China's private equity market.Based on the above problems,it is decided to carry out the development of the private equity fund integrated business service system.The system development is based on B/S architecture.With confirmed the technical architecture level of data and service,SSH framework is used to implement the front-end application.Among them,Hibernate framework implements the transaction processing mechanism through the SessionFactory component,and takes multi-level caching mechanism as the typical character.Struts framework includes filter components such as Filter,which form jsp page and can be combined with JQuery scripts to display rich effects.Spring framework covers major modules such as ORM,and provides independent object creation mode.Oracle database technology is based on logical and physical structures,and can reasonably allocate storage space resources.The private equity fund integrated business service system has realized functions such as product service,customer service,sales service,compliance service,expense management,report service,valuation service,and system management.Product service includes the management of products,net value and dividend.Customer service includes consumer and conversion application review,and risk level change.Sales service includes the management of customers,channels,projects.Compliance service includes data reporting,assessment training and questionnaire configuration.Expense management includes fee setting and channel payment.Report service includes the management of comprehensive analysis and statistical.Valuation service includes new and summary query of valuation products.And system management implements the management of the information about posts and departments.This system plays a significant role in stabilizing the market order of private equity funds and regulating the behavior of investors.The information sharing of the private equity fund business is guaranteed to ensure the fairness and stability of the private equity fund business,ensure the healthy and orderly development of the private equity fund business,and play its role in activating market economic order and improving market prosperity,which really promoting the all-round development of China's financial system.
