In recent years, such as huawei, millet, meizu, OPPO the rapid development of the domestic mobile phone manufacturers, and apple's focus more on the Chinese market, represented by Android and apple phones got great development on the number of mobile devices. An increase in the number of inevitably brings higher requirements for quality, timeliness of information quality, and move the power consumption as small as possible, need to use the combination of push and pull to replacing traditional way to. After a comparative study of the existing push, this paper designed and implemented the information push system based on the MQTT protocol. This system on the one hand, achieved through the HTTP protocol to the application server to information, on the other hand realized through a proxy server push information.In this paper, design and implementation of the system is on food information release of the project. In food information release, we adopt the way of combination of push and pull. On the one hand, through the push, the important food information timely delivery to the customer's client, on the other hand we will we will edit the food related information on the server side, the convenient user download our mobile terminal software connected to the Internet for more information.This paper first analyzes the MQTT protocol, this paper introduces the MQTT protocol format and in the use of the Android system, and a brief introduction to the Android system. Through the design the whole framework of this system, the system is divided into news client, server and message receiving client. Server is divided into a proxy server and application server, through the detailed design of this system, including the mobile terminal interface based on XML file layout, as well as the registration landing, information display, offline download multiple function modules, include application server staff login, the new released news editor, the modules of user management, etc. Eventually the push system, and passed the functional test.
