With the rapid development of modern wireless communication technology,the application of wireless communication technology become more and more extensive,and the requirements of wireless communication technology in industrial field are getting higher and higher.Industrial automation leads to a large number of wireless communication devices used in the industrial field,but currently available wireless frequency is limited,which causes the wireless communication system be affected by multipath fading seriously.At the same time,the transmission protocol of the wireless communication system needs to be improved.Therefore,in a complex industrial field environment,it is particularly important to improve the transmission reliability of wireless communication systems.The purpose of this research is to improve the reliability of wireless communication systems.Firstly,the thesis introduces the basic principles of wireless communication systems,as well as the interference and application conditions received at the industrial site,and analyzes the protocol of wireless communication systems.Then,a hybrid FSO/RF channel switching system based channel estimation is designed for the problem that the radio frequency system has excessive bit error rate caused by sudden noise and flat noise from multipath fading.The optical communication channel is used as an alternate channel of the radio frequency communication channel.When the multipath fading affects severely,the signal is transmitted through the optical communication channel;When the weather is bad,the signal is switched back to the radio frequency channel communication,and the two are transmitted as to reduce bit error rate of the wireless communication system.The double feedback selection retransmission protocol is designed,to solve the problem that the receiving capacity of the wireless communication system is easy to overflow and the ordering is complicated.The information sequences that need to be retransmitted are stored at one receiving end,and the information sequences that do not need to be retransmitted are stored at another receiving end,and respectively labeled,and sequence will be obtained by the insertion sorting algorithm is applied to reorder the two sequences the final,improving the buffer capacity of the receiving end and improving the sorting speed.Finally,the simulation analysis of the design is carried out to optimize the indicators to meet the design requirements.The optimized and debugged results are compared with the original wireless communication system to determine the rationality and effectiveness of the scheme design.According to the design scheme and design indicators,the actual wireless transmission module is debugged and tested.The transmission module is mainly composed of STM32 and RS485.The final debugging results show that the design of this project can effectively improve the reliability of wireless communication systems.
