With the announcement of the new medical reform program in April2009,the continuous improvement of the medical system and the unceasingenhancement of the hospital information degree, many hospitals use hospitalinformation system to manage hospital various things, but it can’t solve all theproblems, especially in recent years the infant anti-theft and mother-infant pairrecognition problem people pay close attention to in Obstetrics and Gynecologyhas never given a valid and properly resolution. Based on the status quo ofObstetrics and Gynecology of hospital, the technology center of Shenzhen NewElement Medical Ltd.,Co established the important project, the purpose is tosolve the above problem, improve the level of hospital management and maintainthe doctor-patient benefit.The paper analyzed the reasons of infant is stolen, requirement of hospitaland the advantages and disadvantages of similar products at home and abroad,and proposed a set of solution in hypogenous machine of infant anti-theft system.This paper used the radio frequency identification technology and the approachthat location monitor send position information to baby label to achieve theaccurate location on baby’s position, this mechanism has the advantages ofresponse in time and alarm fast. This article designed and implemented thecommunication protocol, between signal receiver and equipment label, betweensignal receiver and collection server, between the mother label and the hostcomputer, to achieve that baby label and location monitor could automaticallycollect and upload their information, signal receiver could retransmit deviceinformations to collection server, mother label could identify the baby label, theeffect ensure the system is real-time. This paper uses reducing the proportionbetween the actual reception time and predetermined reception time to down thepower consumption of mother’s label, this achieve that the power consumption ofmother’s tag is very low and solve the problem of bulky equipment which thehigher power consumption lead to. This paper uses embedded web technologyand make the embedded device running a web server that supports CGI functionand script, the user can use the browser to access static pages to check device’s status information and access dynamic pages to configure the device information,this is convenient and practical. The paper uses the command line form via theserial port to view and modify the device information which achieves the flexibleconfiguration needs. This paper uses wireless transmission technology andcomputer network not only solves the problem of wireless module processingdata in no time but also solves the difficulties of the wired layout andimplementation.The subject completed the hypogenous machine of infant anti-theft system,it passed the functional and performance tests and achieved the designrequirements, in formal application environment, when the baby arriveunauthorized area, the system provides accurate and timely alarm information. Inthe application process of Shenhen People’s Hospital the system obtains a betterresult. With the constant improvement of the function of late, the effect will begetting better and better, and follow-up applications will also be carried out inother hospitals.
