In the increasingly fierce electronic warfare,the active positioning system is always facing the threat of enemy anti-radiation missiles,so its survivability on the battlefield is weak.The passive positioning system has strong concealment because it does not radiate electromagnetic waves.At the same time,it has the advantages of strong anti-interference and anti-stealth capabilities.Because of its advantages,the passive positioning system plays an increasingly important role in electronic warfare.The TDOA(Time Difference of Arrival)passive location system obtains the position of the radiation source by the time difference of the electromagnetic signal arriving multiple observation stations,and has high positioning precision of the burst signal.As research progresses,the problems of the system have received more and more attention.Therefore,the following aspects of research are investigated in this paper.Firstly,according to the actual positioning requirements in TDOA passive location,the WGS-84 geodetic coordinate system is introduced,and the coordinate transformation methods between different coordinate systems are given.On this basis,the positioning principle and positioning equation solving of the space three-station TDOA location and four-station TDOA location are analyzed and deduced.The effects of baseline length,collocation of stations and TDOA measurement error on the positioning accuracy are verified by simulation.Secondly,the reason that blind area zone producing is analyzed and the mathematical model of station selection optimization problem is given.Aiming at the optimization problem,the GA(Genetic Algorithm)was introduced and the algorithm steps are analyzed and designed according to the actual situation.Since the parameters have a great influence on the performance of the genetic algorithm,the optimal performance of the algorithm under different parameters is simulated and the optimal parameters are given.The simulation results show that the GA-based station selection optimization method can greatly shorten the optimization time when there are a number of available stations.Finally,the mathematical model of station placement optimization problem under complex constraints is created.The evaluation function is constructed by minimax method to ensure the overall positioning accuracy of the radiation source area.Further more,the PNPoly algorithm is introduced to effectively solve the problem that the region is irregular.In order to improve the convergence speed of optimization,an adaptive algorithm based on DE/best/1 mutation strategy is proposed and simulations are carried out.The optimal schemes for different target areas are given,and the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.
