In the wireless networks, energy consumption contributes a significant fraction of the total operational expense(OPEX).Recently,a new opportunity for on-grid energy saving is enabled by the green network infrastructure sharing. How to reduce the energy consumption of base stations has become an urgent problem for various operators.Based on the existing research, green communication has become a new opportunity for wireless network energy conservation.By storing and using green energy, the energy consumption of traditional power grids can be reduced to a large extent, and the emissions of the two oxidation states can be reduced. At the same time,it is also the main research direction to reduce the energy consumption in the network through the dormancy algorithm between the base stations. However, current research still has some shortcomings, such as the low utilization rate of green energy and the high energy consumption of base stations in communication networks.Based on the above analysis, this paper first proposes a base station energy economic sharing method based on distance-dependent clustering.Through the historical traffic volume of each base station in the network, the prediction model of the time series parameters is used to predict the traffic volume of each base station. At the same time, considering the characteristics of the bidirectional power flow of the smart grid, the smart grid pricing model is proposed.Considering the price difference of the energy sources of different channels,an optimization model that minimizes the cost of the whole network is proposed. In order to solve the optimization model, this paper proposes a distance-dependent clustering algorithm and a green energy allocation prediction algorithm, and then builds a network scenario. In the network scenario, the verification results show that the proposed base station energy economic sharing method can save nearly 60%cost of the network. With this sharing, base stations(BSs)owned by different operators in the close proximity can perform energy cooperation, bringing on-grid energy and OPEX saving. This paper mainly investigates the collaboration between multiple operators to improve the energy utilization in this scenario. Then,an energy-saving management mechanism is proposed to reduce energy consumption and optimize energy utilization. We decompose the problem into two sub problems for base station sleeping and green energy allocation, respectively. And the BS sleeping algorithm and the green energy centralized allocation algorithm are respectively proposed to solve them.Comparing with other mechanisms, simulation results show that the proposed energy-saving management mechanism proposed in this paper can effectively reduce 65%on-grid energy consumption while guaranteeing the quality of service(QoS)to the user equipment device(UE).
