Chinese characters,as a tool of information exchange and the basis of knowledge learning in other disciplines,are an important part of the realization of the dream of Chinese language and writing.Primary Chinese education is an important part of it.At the same time,with the development of mobile Internet,the digital elements in education and teaching work are also increasing.Smart phone,as a mobile learning mode,has strong portability and mobility,and has become an excellent learning platform.With the advancement of the new curriculum reform,the learning time of Chinese characters is compressed,and the competitive pressure of primary school students is increasing year by year,which leads that the teaching process of Chinese characters is gradually neglected and the learning efficiency of Chinese characters is decreased.In view of the above problems,this paper designs and implements a primary Chinese character learning system with mobile phone as the client of students,PC as the client of teachers and administrators,and Tencent cloud as the server.By analyzing the characteristics of mobile learning and the development method of mobile applications,this paper determines the chain browser development mode of Chinese character learning software,which uses B/S architecture,Spring framework and Hibernate framework to design the software.In order to meet the users' needs for Chinese character learning,text and Chinese character management,account information management,MySQL database is designed to manage data,and the Chinese character learning,text,user management and client data processing functions are realized.In addition,because different students need to be recommended with different learning routes of Chinese characters,this paper chooses cosine similarity model as the similarity algorithm of Chinese characters recommendation in this system after numerical analysis of several traditional similarity models.Due to the shortcoming of cosine similarity calculation model that it does not consider the user rating scale,the cosine model is improved from two aspects of data filtering and common item rating difference by improving the cosine model with Mean Absolute Error(MAE),and the optimization of traditional algorithm is realized.In addition,for the user selection problem of the user recommendation algorithm,Hofferding boundary inequality is used to evaluate the credibility of similar values among users,and the users who satisfy the credibility conditions are added to the set of neighbors,thus the neighbor can be selected adaptively,which avoids the problem that the neighbor users are difficult to control when threshold setting is adopted.Finally,the learning system is tested and the test results prove that the system has the functions of personalized recommendation and learning of Chinese characters.In addition,the summary and outlook for the future are made and lay the foundation of the solution to solve the problem of primary school students for Chinese character learning more effectively.
