| With the continuous development of computer information technology,the educational management information system has become an information security force to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of China's major universities.The educational management system can effectively improve the informationization level of major universities,and the educational management system.It is also the only way for China's colleges and universities to achieve faster and better development.By achieving a high level of educational management system,the work and learning efficiency of teachers and students can be effectively improved,thereby enhancing the overall competitiveness of the school.Due to the increasing number of colleges and universities in China,the number of teachers and students in the school has intensified,making it difficult for the current educational administration system to meet the objectives of the comprehensive development of colleges and universities,and with the diversification of school management.With the emergence of new teaching models,students' training methods are constantly changing.Therefore,the traditional educational management system cannot meet the diversified educational management needs of universities.In view of the above problems,this paper based on the business process of the actual educational administration system of a college in Hebei Province,through the use of enterprise-level architecture technology SSH framework to design and implement the educational management system,and use computer information technology,network technology and storage technology to achieve academic affairs.Efficient and systematic management of management systems.Based on the content and objectives of educational administration,the system is based on teaching resources and plans,and fully meets the shortcomings of the increasing number of schools and teachers and students.The main research work of this paper has the following three points:(1)The system uses the Struts+Spring+Hiberate framework to design the overall structure of the system.The system can be divided into four layers according to the hierarchical design principle,which are system application layer,service layer,data layer and system layer.The system interface is called between the various levels of the system to implement the corresponding service function request.(2)The system analyzes and designs the functional and non-functional requirements of the system according to the actual business process of the educational management system of a college in Hebei Province,and on the basis of the analysis of the system use cases,the detailed course Management,exam management and other functions have been designed and implemented.(3)The core functions of the system include the scheduling management function,and the substantive problem of scheduling management involves a typical arrangement problem.The factors that arrange the combination include time,place,and teachers.The intelligent course scheduling algorithm designed in this paper can arrange the course reasonably on the basis of satisfying the teaching task,and avoid the conflict between the key factors such as time,teacher and place to the greatest extent.The design and implementation of a college education management system in Hebei provides efficient information retrieval,statistics,analysis and other functions for the teachers and students of the school,in line with the school's all-round development objectives.At present,the system has been successfully applied in a college in Hebei,and the stability and practicability of the system have been verified. |
