Region Health Management Platform Based On Micro-Service Architecture

With increased spending on health care career year by year in our country,promoting the construction of regional health information platform to implement health care information sharing,connectivity and the new medical reform are one of the major national policy,in recent years,There have been presented to accelerate development and gradually become China's medical and health information in the future market new subjects and areas of growth.In order to integrate the health information resources in Gaolan port in ZhuHai and realize the mining and analysis of health information and improve the efficiency of health management,this paper designs and implements a regional comprehensive health management platform.The integrated regional health management platform includes four parts: user management,general report,regional health supervision and management,and health inspection direct report.The platform will adopt the micro-service architecture design of Spring Cloud,each function module in the platform corresponds to a service.Among them,the main function of user management service is to provide user access control function for the whole platform,and the other three services are to provide data entry and data presentation functions of different types of data.In addition to these four services,some of the basic service components of the Spring Cloud are needed to support the entire platform.Each independent deployment is published in the Docker container.The communication between services adopts a lightweight REST interface.By defining a unified interface specification,feign is used to complete mutual calls between services.The React framework based ant pro architecture is used for front-end interface rendering.The author creatively designed the user access control function and filter query function in the process of participating in the design and implementation of the regional health integrated management platform,which greatly improved the security of the platform and the efficiency of development.At present,the integrated management platform of regional health has been launched in the enterprise environment.The functional modules realized by the author can operate normally and stably,and basically meet the expected requirements.At the same time,the users of the platform also put forward some Suggestions to the platform,which provided an important basis for the iteration of the next version.
