At present,learning control theory,which is based on theoretical derivation and MATLAB simulation.It's difficult to use these theories for practical control,because some algorithms are too complex.So we can't combine theory with practice.In order to achieve better teaching effect,improve the quality of teaching,enable students to understand these theories,combine theory with practice.The integrated experiment system,which is integrated with the simulation and the practical control,has great practical significance.The DSP_based experiment system,based on the model,using MATLAB/RTW toolbox to achieve the conversion of Simulink model to C language.After establishing controller,position controller specific position of the Simulink model that is used for the practical control.Through the upper computer,the practical control's Simulink model and the controller can be transformed into DSP project for hardware implementation,the practical control's curve is observed and compared with the simulation.Compared with the traditional experiment system,the experiment system can simplify the design of the controller,shorten the development cycle,reduce the cost,do not require students to have a programming foundation.Students only need to build algorithms.The emphases and difficulties of this thesis lie in the realization of the integration of simulation and practical control,as well as the application of the estimation of distribution algorithm in the PID parameters' optimization and the selection of the probability model.In the end,the Simulink model is converted to DSP project by using MATLAB/RTW,and the integration of MATLAB simulation and practical control is realized.By comparing the optimization results of the Gauss probability model and the uniform distribution probability model,the uniform distribution is selected as the probability model of the estimation of distribution algorithm to update the population and the optimization of the PID parameters is achieved.The main works of this thesis include:A DSP_based hardware control system is designed;A Simulink model is designed for practical control;The software of upper computer is designed by using MATLAB GUI;A model identification toolbox based on PSO is designed;The parameters' optimization of PID controller based on estimation of distribution algorithm is designed;Complete the production of the controlled objects,the test chamber and the test bench.
