The Design And Implementation Of The Resource Management System Of College Administrative Documents

At present,the problem of incomplete resource preservation and data sharing among multiple users exists in the administrative document management of universities.It seriously influences the daily work efficiency of universities.Therefore,the application system of administrative document resource sharing in universities should be fully realized on the basis of ensuring data security.Problems existing in administrative document resource management in universities are solved by its application.The thesis builds on the document resource security and sharing management requirements of the author's university.Document resource management system for the whole universities is designed which is based on the data unification and document resource information management.The system is expected to improve the efficiency of document resource management,especially to realize the query and management of document resource.The system can make the administrative document resource and the university personnel from the correlation correspondence.The data access and the system user's role authority controls combine.Thus,detailed controls of user access are realized and data security is guaranteed.The thesis is based on user query log by using data mining algorithm,to retrieve its behavior,realize the personalized recommendation of document resources,have certain innovation.First,based on the administrative document management needs of colleges and universities,and aiming at solving the organizational document sharing needs,it is combined with the current situation of document management informatization in colleges and universities,the business requirements are analyzed.That is to say,on the basis of university document management,the authority control is used to fully realize the goal of document resource sharing.At present,college teaching staff and document management personnel are analyzed in the system setting,administrative document management,document application approval management,unified retrieval,personalized recommendation and other functions.On the basis of system requirement analysis,the system outline design is completed,and the multi-layer structure design and network structure design are proposed.The maintainability of the system is improved by the design of multi-layer structure.The data,business logic and interface are independent.The system safety design is completed.On the basis of the overall system design,the modules of the system setting,administrative document management,document application approval management,unified retrieval and personalized recommendation are designed in detail.the design process of typical functions of each module is described by class diagram and sequence diagram in the detailed design phase,It improves the comprehensiveness and accuracy of document retrieval through personalized recommendation,and provides the sharing and retrieval platform of administrative documents of the whole universities through unified retrieval platform.Finally,the database design is accomplished through the database conceptual model and table structure.Finally,the function and performance of the system are tested,the application of the system can comprehensively improve the administrative document resource security management level.Document resource management is realized from the use of document resource,approval of document resource application and summary statistics of a document resource,so as to realize the safe sharing of university document resource,which can be popularized and applied in other universities.
