At present,CAE simulation has low utilization rate of simulation resources due to its high industry threshold and shortage of simulation talents in many fields.In addition,the high cost of simulation also limits the in-depth development of CAE simulation technology.In recent years,with the continuous extension and expansion of relevant research on artificial intelligence,the expert system technology that simulates human to solve complex problems has also been greatly developed.It will be an effective way to solve the above problems to use computer Web technology to develop an automatic expert system for intelligent generation of corresponding CAE solutions according to user needs.The graphical modeling language SysML is the standard modeling language of system engineering.Using SysML to build different models can reflect the structural characteristics of the system from many angles.This paper studies and implements the automatic generation of Web expert system for industry CAE solution based on SysML model.The main idea is to use SysML to generate the corresponding SysML requirement diagram for user's submission of CAE simulation requirement in the system,and then transform it into the corresponding SysML use case diagram by using the model transformation rules stored in the expert system,that is,the practical application scenario of user's requirement,and combine it with the system.The solution in the unified fact base can get the development solution needed by users.By running the expert system on the Web side,the integration of CAE industry resources can be realized,and the development efficiency can be improved.The work accomplished is as follows:(1)Model-based expert system research.The SysML model is analyzed,the relationship between the models is studied,and the bridge of model transformation is established.Through the comparative study of different model transformation methods,it is decided to implement the transformation between system models based on the mapping between metamodel,and store the transformation method in the rule base of expert system in the form of WHEN-THEN.SysML model transformation is combined with the expert system,and the whole workflow of the expert system is run by the model as the product of the development process.The corresponding results are obtained automatically and quickly through the model transformation.(2)Research on key technologies of SysML model transformation.On the basis of fully summarizing the research ideas at home and abroad,the information association between SysML model graphs was studied,and the mapping transformation between SysML models was realized by designing the extended version of the model graph to add additional supplementary information to the model.The implementation process of the transformation is also expressed as pseudo-code in the form of then-when,which is convenient for integration with the expert system.(3)Implementation of expert system and its Web support.The characteristics,structure and expert knowledge representation methods of the expert system were studied and analyzed.Drools was selected as the rule engine according to the feature comparison and its working principle was introduced.For the limitations of the traditional expert system interaction mode,this paper combines the expert system with Web development technology to solve the problems,analyzes the advantages of the web-based expert system and the relevant technologies needed to build the system.(4)Through the seal simulation requirements example shows the system from registration,login to fill in the requirements,the final generation of corresponding requirements simulation development solution flow,and add service function pages,including system database information query modification,manual consulting services.Finally,the stability and function realization of the system are evaluated.
