As the improvement of people's living standard and the development of modern technology,there is an increasing trend that people are more likely to pursue better material and spiritual life as well as their attitude towards beauty.Till now,great changes have taken place in the process of cosmetic technique development.LED industry,as a new method in cosmetic area,has developed a lot which covers biological field,cosmetic industry and so forth.Among which,this new technique is mostly applied in clinic cosmetics institutions.However,as a new technique,it does not cover more.To widen the usage of LED technique in clinic cosmetics,with the purpose of designing low energy consuming,handy,easy operated products,this paper aims to optimize LED cosmetic instrument through analyzing the strengths of Semiconductor light-emitting diode from the aspect of light intensity,wavelength,practicality and price.Contents are as follows:(1)Starting from the mechanism of interaction between LED and biological tissue,this paper stated that LED,known as incoherent monochromatic light,can achieve the same biological stimulation effect as laser.In addition,through analyzing the characteristics of non-resonance,this paper comes to a conclusion that the light biological regulation effect on most cells or tissues is obtained and the light source does not need a narrow band.The conclusion of color light proves that the LED light source can improve skin status and provide a biological theoretical support for the effect of the instrument.(2)This paper also introduces and estimates present and future LED development status,as well as the influencing factors to photoelectric characteristics of LED in the process of LED application,which contributes to the optimization of LED cosmetic instruments.(3)In this paper,apart from the design of LED cosmetic instrument,it covers the aspect of LED array,the light wave adjusting output lens,the design of the hardware circuit of the system host and the design of the system control software.Finally,the function of the LED cosmetic instruments is displayed.Then the instrument was tested for stability.In addition,the cosmetic effect of the beauty instrument was tested.
