With the improvement of the people's living standards,the public's pursuit of their own beauty is getting higher and higher.As a result,more and more people like to adopt cosmetic surgery.Before a plastic surgery,plastic surgeons would like to design a cosmetic scheme based on the characteristics of the customer's face.However,they cannot see the results of cosmetic surgery before the process.With the development of computer graphics and 3D scanning technology,3D face plastic cosmetic simulation systems emerge.This thesis presents a 3D face plastic cosmetic simulation system which provides a complete pipeline from scanning a real face to getting the result of a cosmetic surgery.It mainly consists of four steps.Firstly,we use a face scanner to scan a 3D face,including its geometry and texture.Then,we mark 54 feature points with semantic information on the face.After that,we analyze the scanned 3D face using feature points with the tools provided by the system and compute the horizontal ratio,vertical ratio,symmetry,contours,etc.Based on the analysis results,free deformation tools and simulation tools are available to simulate facial cosmetic surgery.We can use plastic surgeons to edit 3D meshes and texture images to get the final result,which can be compared with the origin one to analyze the attractive improvement.This system is simple to operate and fast to run,which can help plastic surgeons quickly simulate the cosmetic plastic result and enhance the customer's trust and expectation.
