Changes in the museum's exhibition philosophy, technology, policies, and the quality of the audience have have made the appearance of non-physical exhibits more frequent in museum exhibitions and the increasing use of non-physical exhibits by mu-seum workers. However, these are the changes made by the museums. As far as the audience is concerned, the attitude of the exhibiting audience during the actual visit to the non-physical exhibits needs to be systematically studied. To clarify the audience's attitude towards non-physical exhibits, first of all,it is necessary to categorize exhibits and clarify the specific connotations of non-physical exhibits.Secondly, the Chinese Knife,Sword and Scissors Museum was chosen as an empirical research case.Through non-participatory observations, questionnaires, and interviews, the visitors' standing, length of stay in front of the different exhibits, their background information, their love of different exhibits and their evaluation are ob-tained.And we further summarize and analyze the three levels of the audience's attitude, namely, the audience's behavioral inclinations, cognitive depth and emotional condi-tions of physical and non-physical exhibits. Therefore,by analyzing the above three components of the audience's attitude,we can finally clarify their attitude towards the museum's non-physical exhibits. |
