Electro-hydraulic servo control system is widely used in industrial control field,especially in high-power and high-precision control system,whose development can be an important symbol to measure the industrialization level of a country.The electro-hydraulic servo controller,core of the electro-hydraulic servo control system,plays a great role in the whole system,and becomes more intelligence,digital,and networked.The work done by this article is as follows:(1)We firstly introduce the composition and working principles of the electro-hydraulic servo control system,combined with the specific requirements analysis,then determine the overall design scheme of this system;(2)The electro-hydraulic servo controller hardware includes three parts,the designs of chassis structure,power supply circuit and ARM hardware circuit.For implement the electro-hydraulic servo controller,STM32F407ZGT6 is used as the core processor,and the integrated circuit is used to design peripheral circuits to improve the accuracy of the circuit as much as possible;(3)In the software part,by studying and comparing the pros and cons of PID control and fuzzy control,a fuzzy PID switching learning algorithm is established.This control algorithm not only retains the advantages of PID control and fuzzy control,but also solves the handover disturbance problem between the two control algorithms.Finally,the unit test of the power supply and the ARM is carried out respectively.On the basis of the accuracy of the unit test,the on-line test of the prototype of the electro-hydraulic servo controller is carried out.The on-line test results show that all the performance indexes and the signal precision of the electro-hydraulic servo control system meet the design requirements.When the object parameters changed greatly,the control output can still be achieved quickly and smoothly,and the dynamic performance can completely meet the design index,which verifies the advanced nature of the control algorithm.Our design accords to the trend of the intelligence,digital and networked of the electro-hydraulic servo controller,and satisfied with the designing requirement.
