The videoconferencing system has greatly facilitated the exchange of information between different regions.It saves more time and experience by avoiding on-site meetings.With the improvement of people's demand for picture quality and the aging of the previous generation of standard-definition videoconferencing system,high-definition videoconferencing(HDVC)system is gradually developing and getting more and more applications.In the vertical structure of HDVC system,provincial videoconferencing control(PVCC)system plays a connecting role and serves as a bridge connecting national and local videoconferencing venues in series.Therefore,this thesis studies the design and implementation of PVCC system,gives the overall design scheme of the control system,implements the whole system with hardware and software,and carries out system testing and fault analysis.The main works are as follows:1)Introducing the research background of provincial control system of HDVC,analyzing the purpose of control system research and its significance in real life,and putting forward the demand of the system design.2)Studying the overall design of the provincial level control system for HDVC.The composition of the system can be divided into several subsystems according to their functions,such as terminal transmission system,video system,audio system,central control system,conference hall system,etc.Then the characteristics of the system are introduced,such as the main and standby architecture of audio and video,the networking mode of dual stars and various technical means of implementation.3)In-depth analysis of each subsystem.For hardware design and implementation,the system composition of each subsystem is analyzed,and the main equipment such as HDVC terminal,video matrix,multi-screen display,digital multi-channel audio processor,central control host,high-definition optical terminal are studied.The software configuration process of terminal,video matrix and multi-screen device is demonstrated in detail in this thesis.4)Testing the audio and video of the whole system.Several problems occurred during the operation of the system are analyzed and dealt with.
