The standards related to electromagnetic compatibility and environmental effects play an important role in the design/acceptance of systems/equipment,and they are key technical documents throughout the entire life cycle of the system.Due to the large number of relevant standards and the detailed provisions in them that need to be supplemented or not fully applicable to the application objects and application scenarios in practical applications,problems arise in the process of selection and application of standards,resulting in a reduction in the cost-effectiveness ratio of the equipment.Can not meet the performance requirements.Facing this kind of predicament,this article first uses the strong electromagnetic pulse correlation standard as an example to summarize the general process of standard clipping,and uses the time domain simulation algorithm to calculate the coupling magnitudes on various coupling paths.Based on this,the injection and The relevant indexes of the irradiation test were cut and supplemented;then the database of the standard system was built and the application software development was completed,which enabled the tool selection of the standard to facilitate the relevant personnel to quickly and accurately select the required items from the huge electromagnetic compatibility standards.The first part first analyzes the important items in the system-level electromagnetic compatibility standard and the subsystem electromagnetic compatibility standard and traces its development and evolution.Second,it constructs a typical system,analyzes its electromagnetic coupling path,and then obtains the electrical introduction point.Holes and holes are the main factors affecting the system's strong electromagnetic pulse protection performance.On this basis,according to different coupling paths,strong electromagnetic pulse standard related items are selected and analyzed in detail.The second part first analyzes the strong electromagnetic pulse environment,and combines the work content of the first part,taking the strong electromagnetic pulse environment faced by the system as the input condition,and using CST software to multi-couple the cable,RF antenna feed line and apertures,etc.The time-domain simulation analysis of the coupled magnitude of the path in the environment of strong electromagnetic pulse was performed.Based on the simulation results,the injected level of the standard injection test was tailored to the nuclear electromagnetic pulse,and the equipment-level irradiation test was supplemented.For high-power microwaves,supplemented with the relevant indicators of irradiation test and injection test;The third part summarizes the characteristics of a number of standards related to electromagnetic compatibility and environmental effects,and summarizes the three possible architectures for the classification of the standards according to their own levels,applicable target levels,and applicable types,in order to achieve accurate and rapid system-based The platform features query relevant standards,completes the comparison between certain projects and guarantees the followability of the database system.Based on the actual application process of the standard,two of the three architectures are selected,and a two-level database system of electromagnetic compatibility and environmental effects is constructed.And developed a database application software,to achieve a standard query,the standard entry fuzzy search,the standard entry details / auxiliary information display,different limits curve comparison,the standard content and the user's increase,delete and other functions.
