Design And Development Of Internet Of Things Log Analysis System For Oil Transportation

In 2012,the research group and the collaboration company conducted research on the oil transportation Io T,and achieved many achievements in the aspects of explosion-proof redundancy,signal reliability,network connectivity,and network inspection mechanism.They were successfully declared in 2017.Under the background of Shaanxi Provincial Technical Innovation Guidance Special Project(Funds),this topic starts the analysis,design and development of the log files of the oil transport Io T system.Design and development of the analysis system for log files,mainly from the analysis of the key information in the log file,the playback of tracks including the display of state information,the management development of the site module,and the intelligent analysis anomaly to carry out research design and development.The log file analysis system uses the framework mode of struts2+spring+my Batis for development.The database uses Mysql relational database,development environment win10+jdk1.7,deployment server Tomcat server.The main functions of the system are the parsing of log files,the echo of parsed trajectory,the alarm information in the echo process,and the final intelligent analysis.The contents of log files are matched by regular expressions to obtain relevant data and information.The interface of Baidu map is called back to realize the intelligent analysis;the intelligent analysis is based on the field investigation to obtain the formula to determine the number of abnormal calculations to record.The intelligent analysis process is to exclude the alarm information in the transportation process and to conclude whether the oil truck driver has theft of oil.Considering that there are many areas covered by system monitoring,the mode of joint monitoring of the total stations and substations is used for management.A white box code test and a black box function test were performed on the research log card analysis system.The test results showed that the project research and software development reached the expected goals.
