The Heavy Trucks Cab Application Reaserch Of Welding Gun For Spot-welding Robot

Cab is one of the primary components of the heavy trucks. Welding strength, appearance quality and production of the cab will affect directly whole trucks safety, comfort and Yield. In the present, The products of our company includ primarily Aolong and Dolong series. The structure of the floor assembly is complexer and weighter, the current welding method is Artificial welding, labour intensity for worker is great, not to guarantee productivity requirements.In the same time, the size in height direction and the volume the High-cover of Dolong cab is very large, It needs adopt a new spot welding technology of robot, i.e. single double-sided welding technology to manufacture. This paper sudies emphasis on the reaserch of welding gun selection and production application for two new assembly spot-welding robot, also sudies no mark spot-welding technology,intermediate frequency spot-welding technology and study welding gun, spot-welding robot,welding fixture to the coordination work.By above research, ensures Aolong and Dolong automation production realization.
