Design And Implementation Of Web Front-end User Behavior Monitoring And Analysis Platform

In recent years,major companies and institutions in order to further improve the Web application user experience and product competitiveness,began to gradually strengthen the user behavior research attention and investment.On the Internet,the usual way for a user to access a Web application is "local browser request,remote server response".In this way,the server can record the results of the user behavior operation,but can not track the user behavior process.And how to monitor and analyze the user behavior in the real network environment,thus strengthening and perfecting the popularization and experience of Web application becomes an urgent problem to be solved.To this end,this paper presents a program which is based on real-time network environment for monitoring and analyzing the user behavior,and designs and builds a simple and efficient scalable Web front-end user behavior monitoring and analysis platform.This paper first investigates the current situation of user behavior monitoring and analysis at home and abroad,summarizes the shortcomings of the existing programs,designs and implements the Web front-end visualization event-tracking scheme,and then uses custom JavaScript script to collect the Web application traffic data and event data,achieves a comprehensive monitoring of user behavior.Secondly,Based on B/S development mode and the MEAN stack technology,the whole platform is built and multi-dimensional analysis of user behavior is achieved using a variety of techniques,including trend prediction algorithms.Finally,the platform is tested by comprehensive schemes of the functionality and performance to verify the availability and reliability of each module.The platform is based on the open source framework,with high scalability,portability and maintainability.At the same time,the platform has provided user behavior monitoring and analysis services for research-related Web applications.The design and implementation of this platform not only solve the problems that have long been troubled by the difficulties of developers,but also provide strong data support for the optimization and system improvement of Web application.
