In the current situation where the direction of industrial development tends to be high-tech and intelligent,production lines need to increase production efficiency,increase safety factor,reduce labor costs,reduce production energy consumption,and reduce waste emissions.In addition,the production line also needs to meet the needs of diversification and miniaturization.It is more flexible,controllable,and easy to operate and manage.Shell machining does not require large-scale machinery for production.However,current shell machining does not prevail in automated production lines.Large-scale production machines and large-scale control systems are not required.There are many types of cases and diversified parameter requirements.The shell processing work is mainly based on manual processing.The workers directly operate the aluminum tube raw materials for cutting,stamping,etc.This backward production method has problems such as insufficient production efficiency,dangerous production process,and easy manual operation.This article designed the control system of the casing processing line according to the above conditions,and controlled the process of casing processing through PLC.The specific work is as follows:(1)The production process is designed according to the process of the manual processing of the casing,and the manual operation part of the production process is replaced by the mechanical operation,and the automatic production process is redesigned to re-arrange the layout.According to the requirements of the processing line of the casing,the entire machining process is divided into three parts: cutting,hole up and punching,and the flow chart is used to simulate the production process.(2)Select the appropriate hardware,software,operating platform,etc.according to production requirements.The PLC was selected to control the entire production process,and a man-machine interface was established using MCGS.Hardwareselection SIMATIC S7-1200 controls this system.(3)According to the above objectives and conditions to complete the control interface design and production.Establish control interface through MCGS and provide functions to modify parameters.(4)Complete the design and production of the control program.The use of PLC to complete the design of the control system,the final test to verify whether the system can operate normally and can manually adjust the parameters and emergency stop operations.(5)Complete the communication work of each part of the control system,simulate the control system and verify its feasibility.The casing processing line control system designed in this paper can complete the process of casing processing and can replace a large amount of manual work in the current casing processing production process.The miniaturized control system can reduce costs,improve accuracy,improve safety,and reduce manpower burden.
