With the popularity of the dual link access in the enterprise private network,combined with the demand of market and demand of a certain power company,it becomes more practical to control the flow transmission efficiently fast and safely.With the expansion of enterprise network scale,it becomes especially importa nt to better control the flow transmission in enterprise private network with dual link,improve the transmission performance of some flow,improve the bandwidth utilization of link which performance is better,apply different switching strategies for different flow,switch the flow in dual link efficiently and safely.As a component of the department intelligent management center iMC system,this system adopts B/S structure,accomplish the intelligent management of flow,it contains device management,application management,policy management,period monitoring and flow switching five modules,it is mainly for a large-scale enterprise private network administrator,the user only do some brief operations through the pages of device management,application management,policy management and period monitoring,it can achieve the intelligent management for flow according to user's configuration.This system development using Visual Studio 2010 tools and SQL Server database management system,it is a cross-platform system developed in windows7,using the JSF framework and the IMF framework that is developed on the basis of the ACE framework by internal company.The system architecture design can divided into three layers: system access layer,system function layer and data layer,each layer interacts with each other through messages,which effectively improves the degree of polymerization within each layer,reduces the coupling degree between layers,and improves the system scalability.The system access layer is designed through the JSF framework,as the foreground of the system.The system function layer and the data layer are designed through the IMF framework,as the backstage of the system.The system manages the flow efficiently and safely,it not only reduces the workload of the administrator to manage flow,but also greatly improves the performance of flow transmission,it is important for some company to improve the utilization of link resources and guarantee the transmission performance for certain data flow.At the same time,the Dashboard page of the system foreground intuitively displays the entire network running conditions,it provides important references for users' decision-making,and it has important value for enterprises' development.
