With the rapid development of the Internet in recent years,a large number of traditional industries glow with a new look through the combination of the Internet.With it,health care industry also has a high speed development opportunities.But most existing internet medical cases focus on improving the communication efficiency between patients and the corresponding departments of the doctors,or help patients to make appointments to see doctors quickly,while,seldom provide completely focus on the treatment and rehabilitation of the disease related services for patients with specific diseases.In view of the rising incidence of stroke in China,a stroke rehabilitation platform was designed and implemented to provide high value services for the treatment and rehabilitation of stroke patients.Information management system supply comprehensive data management for stroke rehabilitation platform and dedicated stroke rehabilitation services for patients.According to data management requirements based on platform runtime environment,the information management function of the system is divided into encyclopedia,doctor,hospital,patient,product and system modules.By communicating with professional doctors for needs,medical record processing service for stroke rehabilitation and cloud storage and player service of rehabilitation video are added into patient management module.The use cases of each module and administrator roles are analyzed in detail by using UML Technology.Using "user-role-authority" mode to separate the operation rights of different management modules.Front-end of the management system shows easy-to-use interfaces through the JavaScript technology.The server-side is built with the strong transplant Java language and popular back-end development framework,and add Redis as a data cache to improve the response efficiency of the request.Using high efficiency and language independent Json to carry out data interaction between the front-end and back-end.Using mobile terminal APP as the data access and display window and managing the platform data through the management system,the platform allow stroke patients to query the information of the hospital and the doctor in the system and to acquire theencyclopedia of stroke knowledge and related service of stroke.And it also allow Doctors to get structured and processed patient records to give the patients more reasonable rehabilitation advice.
