Stroke has become the first and the second major fatal diseases in China, which brings a heavy social and economic burden. In our country, the mortality and disability rate of patients with cerebral apoplexy is the highest in the world, especially in the northern cold and high salt environment, which makes the incidence rate of cerebral apoplexy in the north of China. Once the stroke patients breaks, they must be done with the correct treatment within six hours of gold, or the rate of death and death will be greatly improved. After treatment, the recovery of stroke will be a long process, with varying degrees of disability will be accompanied by stroke patients for the rest of his life. At present, the medical institution of information is not shared, "information isolated island" mutual each medical institutions, clinical doctors and rehabilitation doctor with the background of massive stroke treatment and rehabilitation information, for stroke patients with clinical diagnosis and treatment and rehabilitation programs built can only with the personal experience of the doctor. Clinical diagnosis and treatment and rehabilitation doctors are difficult to get and reuse of previous treatment and rehabilitation programs, resulting in a great waste of medical resources. If the clinical doctors can be provided individualized treatment or rehabilitation programs, then the treatment and rehabilitation of stroke patients will be reliable, and it will greatly enhance the effect of treatment and rehabilitation. At the same time it can also solve the problem of information sharing.This topic will solve the above problems, for the typical characteristics of the prevention and rehabilitation of stroke prevention and rehabilitation decision-making needs, research the key technologies of treatment and rehabilitation decision support algorithm. Analysis the stroke patients, establish a specification model to describe the cerebral apoplexy patients’ personal information and the treatment and rehabilitation programs, and establish the stroke treatment and rehabilitation program library, for management and analysis of treatment and rehabilitation programs. To establish the evaluation system of stroke treatment and rehabilitation program, and to evaluate the relationship between evaluation criteria of mutual influence. To design and implement a decision support algorithm for stroke tr eatment and rehabilitation, to provide a meaningful decision support for clinical diagnosis and rehabilitation. On the basis of this, the intelligent decision support system for stroke prevention and rehabilitation is developed, and the system is tested an d verified in collaboration with the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University.
