The rapid development of mobile Internet and wireless communication technologies has greatly accelerated the popularization of mobile terminals such as smart phones.The use frequency of mobile terminals such as smart phones has increased exponentially,which has brought about tremendous changes in people's lives.The location-based services that have been developed in conjunction with location technology and geographic information systems are all aspects of people's daily lives.Location-based services are where users provide location information to service providers,service providers provide users with query services,and so on.It is precisely because of the convenience of location services that people's needs are increasing,but it also brings with it more and more security threats.Therefore,the issue of protecting the user's identity information,geographic location information,motion trajectory information,query information and other privacy information has become one of the research hotspots in current mobile communications.There is great research value and practical significance for how to provide high-quality services on the premise of ensuring that user privacy information is not disclosed.Based on the analysis of location privacy protection methods,this article addresses two kinds of privacy protection issues in location services: location privacy protection and trajectory privacy protection.Location privacy protection methods and trajectory privacy protection methods are designed respectively.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)In the protection of location privacy,for the user's location information and query information leakage problems,using SpaceTwist incremental neighbor query algorithm,improved anchor selection method and introduction of k-anonymity model,proposed an improved SpaceTwist location privacy protection method combined with anchor optimization algorithm.Using a distributed system structure and adding an authentication server,it can effectively identify malicious users in the query.The user generates k-anonymity zone in combination with the actual environment at the same time according to his/her privacy preference,so that there are k-1 users near the real position to confuse the attacker,thus ensuring privacy protection.And use the anchor optimization algorithm to generate anchor points,adaptively adjust the distance between the anchor point and the anonymous area,and improve the quality of the query service.Finally,the forwarding user uses this anchor point to perform incremental neighbor query and refinement.(2)In trajectory privacy protection,the user location information leakage,the attacker may grasp the user's background information and other issues,this article adds to the real-time monitoring of traffic conditions based on user behavior patterns,track similarity and other background information.Based on the idea of k anonymity,a trajectory privacy protection method that combines traffic conditions is proposed.The method of using the rotational offset for the real trajectory generates k-1 disturbance trajectories.(3)According to the location privacy protection method and track privacy protection method proposed in this paper,simulation experiments are performed on different data sets,and compared with the classic algorithm in terms of query accuracy,response time,trajectory similarity,leakage probability,etc.Experimental results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
