Location-Based Service(LBS)is a new service mode and widely used with the development of mobile communication technology and mobile positioning technology.It provides convenience for users' daily life.Users can get services by offering accurate and real-time location information to location servers.However,the privacy problem limits its wide application in the process of rapid development.How to protect spatial data privacy has been an important issue in data privacy-preserving.This article mainly focuses on spatial data privacy-preserving in LBS,analyzes the existing privacy preserving technology and proposes our privacy preserving methods for the real-time and unreal-time LBS respectively.The concrete research content are as follows:(1)Aiming at the common attacks and multi-query attack in real-time LBS,a location privacy-preserving method against multiple attacks under P2 P architecture is proposed.The method builds anonymous group instead of anonymous area,introduces speed to the build process,and increases the reusability of the anonymous group to resist multi-query attack and reduce overhead through cache mechanism,solve the problem of the trust collaboration between users.The experimental results show that the method can achieve highly success rate of k-anonymity,resist the above attacks and reduce the system overhead.(2)Aiming at the leakage of trajectory privacy which caused by high similarity in anonymity set,while publishing spatial data in unreal-time LBS,a trajectory privacy-preserving algorithm based on trajectory shape diversity is proposed.To resist the threat of trajectory shape similarity,the trajectories with shape diversity are chosen as the members of anonymity set by l-diversity when greed clustering.The method can realize k-anonymity and l-diversity concurrently,reduce trajectory information loss and increase trajectory data availability,to better realize privacy protection.
