With the development of wireless networks,people's demand for data services is increasing.The massive growth of mobile Internet and Internet of Things data services has resulted in excessive load pressure and spectrum resources in some areas of the current network.Traditional MIMO antennas only have horizontal beamforming capability,which results in insufficient indoor coverage in highrise buildings.Although traditional MIMO has space-division multiplexing and space diversity technologies,it does not have 3D beam-shaping capabilities.It leads to poor recognition ability for the unknown mobile users,and it is easy to generate neighboring interference.The limited number of antennas leads to limited network capacity.3D MIMO is a new type of coverage based on Massive MIMO technology.With 3D beamforming capability,system capacity can be effectively improved,interference can be reduced,and spectrum utilization can be improved.In this thesis,3D MIMO network test research has been carried out for hot spots with high capacity,high buildings,and high interference areas during busy hours,providing reference support for later construction.The research content and achievements of this thesis are as follows:(1)The background and current status of 3D MIMO technology under the current network development are summarized firstly in this thesis.At the same time,the development history of the technology and the current development trend at home and abroad are also introduced.(2)Several ways of optimization of cellular mobile networks are briefly introduced.Key technologies for 3D MIMO are highlighted.The 3D MIMO capacity model is derived through the derivation of matrix theory knowledge,and the networking advantages of 3D MIMO technology are described through key technologies.(3)The 3D MIMO network construction plan is highlighted.Based on the feature advantages of 3D MIMO technology,the 3D MIMO technology is suitable for networking scenarios,and a networking scheme is set for different scenarios.(4)Network test verification of the university: The feasibility of 3D MIMO technology networking is described in terms of perception,quality,and capacity.(5)Network Test Verification of the High-Rise Building: The flexibility of 3D beamforming in 3D MIMO technology and the advantages of spatial coverage from indoor shallow,deep and elevator room coverage are explained.(6)Networking test and verification of the key scene: The 3D MIMO technology is mainly applied to the scenarios of features such as high traffic/load,high-level,and uplink limitation,and a large difference in the vertical height distribution of regional users.
