| The rapid development of China's communications industry and the widespread use of smartphones have significantly increased the demand for high-speed Internet access service users,and the existing networks can no longer meet the needs of users.Operators are eager to deploy next-generation broadband networks with higher access bandwidth and faster speeds.In this demand,the 3rd Generation Partnership Project(3GPP,The 3rd Generation Partnership Project)proposed the evolution of the packet core network and defined it as the EPC network.EPC architecture more in line with the future development of mobile communications network needs to improve network performance at the same time,to meet the rapidly growing business needs of users,thus further enhancing the competitiveness of operators by press.How to minimize the impact on existing networks while protecting the existing investments in existing 2G/3G packet-based networks in the process of network evolution?
