CT(Computerized Tomography)imaging system can directly obtain clear three-dimensional human anatomy images,providing clinicians with abundant information of human organ tissues.However,a complete multi-slice CT scan is usual y accompanied by a higher degree of ionizing radiation.Although limiting the rotation angle range of multi-slice CT scan can effectively reduce the radiation dose,the projection data of the cone beam CT will be partially missing,which leads to the obvious decline of the quality of the three-dimensional CT reconstruction image,which can not meet the needs of clinical diagnosis.Therefore,how to reconstruct the three-dimensional CT images with high quality under the conditions of limited angle cone beam projection data has important scientific significance and clinical practical value.This paper aims to develop a finite angle multi-slice CT image reconstruction system based on three-dimensional image moments.The system developed a finite angle cone beam CT image reconstruction algorithm based on three-dimensional Legendre orthogonal image moments,and constructed a CT training system software platform based on MFC framework.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Introduce the background and significance of the research,expound the basic principle of CT imaging technology,and introduce the current research status of CT image reconstruction and image moment theory both in China and abroad.(2)The finite angle cone beam CT image reconstruction algorithm based on three-dimensional Legendre orthogonal image moments is proposed.The algorithm first uses Grangeat formula to establish the relationship between the three-dimensional Radon data and cone beam CT projection data,and then transforms the multi-row CT projection data into three-dimensional Radon data.Then,the relationship between the three-dimensional Radon transform and the three-dimensional image moment is established by using the projection moment transform,and the unknown three-dimensional Radon transform data is estimated from the known three-dimensional Radon transform data.Finally,the reconstructed image is obtained by using the three-dimensional Radon inverse transform.(3)Construct a CT training system software platform based on MFC framework.The software for medical students,hospital doctors and other medical imaging workers,provides a highly simulated CT equipment content and operation of teaching.The platform has realized the professional quality of operators,the consolidation of theoretical knowledge,the improvement of practical skills and the assessment of learning achievements.At the same time,the software integrates the finite angle multislice CT image reconstruction algorithm based on the three-dimensional Legendre orthogonal image moment.By using the algorithm to complement the missing cone beam projection data,the threedimensional CT Reconstruction of image quality.The research of this paper has realized the improvement of image quality of cone beam CT reconstruction with limited angle and provided theoretical basis and technical support for the application of three-dimensional image moment in the reconstruction of limited angle cone beam CT image.
