With the rapid increase of integrated circuit performance and control methods,a higher control standard is proposed for the dynamic rotation angle control system.At the same time,the existing dynamic rotation angle control system cannot meet the requirements of project accuracy and real-time performance.Therefore,how to improve the real-time control and accuracy is the key research content of this thesis.The high-performance control system mainly improves the performance from two aspects.One is the system scheme and hardware design.The other is the selection and improvement of the control strategy.This article achieves the dynamic corner control system performance mainly from two aspects.In terms of solutions and hardware design,real-time DOS system was selected,analog voltage control was used,and the PC104 bus was used as a module expansion structure.The PCM3343 control card is used on hardware and high-precision grating sensor is used.A high-precision 3-channel PC104 interface raster acquisition card is designed as a real-time position detection device.In terms of the control strategy,this paper first studies the control algorithm of the sine angle position,analyzes its advantages and disadvantages and improves it,and makes a theoretical analysis of the switching PID,fuzzy PID and auto disturbance rejection control(ADRC).Taking into account the parameters of the sinusoidal position control,the PID is proposed.In order to further subdivide the control parameters and adjust them adaptively,the fuzzy control PID method is analyzed and proposed to ensure real-time adjustment of PID parameters.Aiming at the problem that the nonlinear characteristics of the control system and the accuracy of the mathematical model of the controlled object cannot be guaranteed,the ADRC is studied and analyzed.Using MATLAB to simulate the control strategy,analyze and compare the performance of various strategies,choose ADRC as the control strategy of the system.In order to further improve the accuracy of the control system,the error compensation effect of the BP neural network is studied,the BP neural network is improved,and the BP Neural Network of LM Algorithm is simulated to obtain the best compensation effect.In order to achieve a good user experience,this article develops the serial communication of PCM3343 and uses Labview to achieve PC communication.The host computer's main functions include: command control,D/A switch,reading angular position and graphics display.Afterward,mathematical modeling of the system's angular error sources is made,including the errors of the circular grating and the error of the double reading head.Finally,the system's modules and the whole system are tested,and the test results all meet the requirements of the dynamic angle control system.
