In recent years,Massive Multi-input Multi-output(Massive MIMO)technology has become a research hotspot in the field of communication because of its great advantages in transmission efficiency,energy efficiency,spectrum utilization and anti-interference ability.In the Massive MIMO system,signal detection plays an important role in the anti-interference ability and reliability of the whole communication system.Therefore,the design of high efficiency and low complexity signal detector has become an important subject of the Massive MIMO system.However,due to the large dimension of the channel matrix in Massive MIMO system,the traditional MIMO signal linear detection algorithm will bring very high computation complexity.For this reason,this paper focuses on how to reduce the complexity of Massive MIMO signal detection and guarantee detection performance,and study mainly the iterative low complexity and high performance signal detection algorithm.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.The Massive MIMO system model is introduced,and the existing Massive MIMO signal detection algorithm is analyzed and compared.The traditional linear MIMO detection algorithm and nonlinear MIMO detection algorithm are studied from two aspects of bit error rate(Bit Error Ratio,BER)and computational complexity.The existing problems of the traditional linear signal detection algorithm are pointed out in the Massive MIMO system,and then the performance of the existing Massive MIMO signal detection algorithm is analyzed and compared.It lays the foundation for the improvement of the law.2.Applying Barzilai-Borwein(BB)iterative technology to Massive MIMO signal detection,a Massive MIMO signal detection algorithm based on BB iteration is proposed.The complex matrix inversion operation of MMSE algorithm is avoided by BB iterative method.The computational complexity of the Massive MIMO linear detection algorithm is greatly reduced,in order to accelerate convergence speed of the algorithm,and the initial iterative solution is optimized based on the channel hardening characteristic.3.The Overrelaxation iterative technique is applied to the Massive MIMO signal detection,we propose Chebyshev accelerated symmetry successive Overrelaxation algorithm(CSSOR)and Conjugate Gradient accelerated Symmetric Successive Overrelaxation algorithm.The accelerated symmetric successive Overrelaxation iterative scheme avoids the complex matrix inversion operation involved in the MMSE detection algorithm,and optimizes the initial iterative solution based on the channel hardening characteristic,which greatly reduces the computational complexity of the Massive MIMO signal detection algorithm and speeds up the convergence speed of the algorithm.
