In LTE-A multi-cell cellular system,the unbalanced load and user distribution bring serious interference to the system.To ensure communication quality,effective measures must be taken to control the interference.The inter-cell interference coordination technology has been considered as the most effective way.Traditional interference coordination scheme can reduce inter-cell interference,but the spectrum efficiency is low and the fairness among users is poor.Therefore,how to improve the performance of LTE-A system is still the focus of study.This thesis focuses on LTE-A system based on fractional time reuse.To enhance user fairness,we propose MFTR scheme and E-MFTR scheme.In MFTR scheme,users in the edge of cell are scheduled in different time slots and then improve their scheduling weights,which increase the edge users' scheduling opportunity.In E-MFTR scheme each cell is divided into two sectors,and edge users of two sectors are scheduled separately in different slots,so that edge users in each cell can be scheduled in the whole scheduling time.These two schemes can improve fairness of users,but some users in blind areas still can't be scheduled,the capacity of the system can be further improved.In order to solve the communication problem of users in blind area,the Femtocell is introduced.We propose RF-MFTR scheme and ERF-MFTR scheme.According to the user's different locations,the RF-MFTR scheme proposes four plans for FUEs to reuse the MUEs' resource blocks,and allocate the best power value to the users,which improve the system throughput and the utilization of the spectrum.In ERF-MFTR scheme,after scheduling of MUEs,FUEs use the remaining resource blocks first,and then reuse MUEs' resource blocks.In order to verify the correctness of our schemes,we simulate schemes through the Matlab simulation platform.The simulation results show that MFTR and E-MFTR scheme can improve the fairness among users,RF-MFTR and ERF-MFTR scheme can improve system throughput as well as the utilization of spectrum.
