With the "Made in China 2025" strategy put forward and implemented,industrial automation production line plays a vital role in the development process.In this paper,ABB robots and PLC in the industrial automation production line are taken as research objects.According to their respective characteristics,integrated communication solutions are proposed to realize integrated communication with PC.And an integrated control software is developed for ABB robots and PLC to realize integrated control of Robot and PLC.In addition,a virtual model of robot and PLC is established for virtual debugging,and the effectiveness of the control system is verified through experiments.Firstly,In view of ABB robot and the communication interface and communication mechanism of Siemens PLC in industrial production line,the whole communication scheme of integrated control system is given in combination with the reliability of network communication,and the communication implementation process is introduced.Secondly,According to the functions required by the integrated control system,the integrated control system software on the platform of VS2015 is developed.In the software,ABB module can search and connect all the robots and obtain the information such as the pose,the rate and the processing program.It can also realize the function of remote loading and calling robot RAPID program.The system software develops the OPC client and realizes the remote control by using SIMATIC NET as the OPC server to read and write the internal data of the PLC.In addition,the multi-threaded programming technology is applied to the integrated control system software to achieve a reasonable allocation of resources and improve the software operating efficiency.Thirdly,On the PC side,a virtual model of an industrial automation production line consisting of ABB robots and PLC is established and the virtual debugging are carried on.In Robot Studio,a virtual model with 4 ABB robots collaborating to achieve welding is built and the RAPID machining program is written.Using PLC as controller,automated production line is established in Demo3 D.It can realize the goods sorting,labeling,AGV car transport,automated warehouse storage,robotic unstacking.The T-chart program is written in SETP7 to controlling the lines.Virtual debugging is used to find and improve unreasonable places in hardware or control program.Finally,Related to the industrial automation production line,the integrated control experiment platform is set up.The experiments are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the control system.And the system is used to control the ABB robot to complete the milling of the workpiece.It is also used to control the equipment of industrial automation assembly line to complete the sorting,handling,processing,assembly,storage and other operations.
