Data visualization is the science of data research in visual representations.The goal of data visualization is to communicate and communicate information clearly and effectively through graphical means.Illegal elements illegally send spam messages through pseudo-base stations,send advertisements,or use fraudulent activities,causing extremely bad influence on society.Pseudo base stations can move with simple devices,and location information is difficult to obtain.How to find the temporal and spatial distribution of pseudo base stations,reveal the behavior of the pseudo base stations,and visually demonstrate the dynamic changes of the pseudo base stations become the research focus of pseudo base station data visualization.Firstly,aiming at the classification of spam message content,a spam-based short message classification algorithm is proposed to improve the accuracy of text classification.A content-based short message classification algorithm is used,and related text keyword extraction techniques are used to determine the content of spam messages.The main keywords.Spam messages are dynamically simulated on the map in chronological order.Combining related statistical methods to visualize spam messages.Secondly,for the problem of how to determine whether it is a spam message sent by the same pseudo base station,a categorization method based on time,latitude and longitude points,and the content of the spam message is proposed to improve the accuracy of spam classification.For a large number of spam messages map display confusion,through the use of different colors to mark different content of spam messages to improve the manifestation of the geographical distribution of various spam messages;embed a pie chart and a bar chart in the map,display the content distribution of each category of short message,facilitate the data analysis.Thirdly,aiming at the problem of discovering the change law of specific pseudo base stations,a pseudo base station route simulation algorithm is proposed to simulate the pseudo base station moving path.At the same time,an algorithm for aggregating locations of spam messages is used to improve the accuracy of simulated locations.In order to more fully explore the spatiotemporal variations and behavior patterns of pseudo-base station spam messages,various visualized views are designed based on different time granularity and spatial granularity;and a visual analysis method combining time and space is proposed.Finally,the above method is used to design the visualization framework of pseudo-base station behavior patterns.The pseudo-base station data is used to test the proposed method and verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
