In recent years,optical fiber sensors have the advantages of small size,simple structure,high sensitivity,resistance to electromagnetic interference,corrosion resistance,etc.That make it more and more widely used in machinery,aerospace,construction and other fields.The optical fiber sensor based on cantilever structure is characterized by its flexible design and simple measurement system.It has become a research hotspot in the field of vibration measurement.Based on the principle of light emphasized system,this paper studied the vibration principle of optical fiber cantilever sensors.After studying the structural parameters of optical fiber cantilever type vibration sensors through software simulation.The system test platform was set up and measured experimentally.The main content of this paper includes:Firstly,introduce the research background and significance of this topic,describe in detail the research status of optical fiber vibration sensors at home and abroad.And the main contents of this paper were introduced.Secondly,the theoretical basis of the fiber cantilever vibration sensor was introduced.The influence of resonant frequency on measuring vibration of fiber cantilever was explained.Based on this,a theoretical derivation of the natural frequencies of optical fiber cantilever beams of different lengths.That provided theoretical basis for determining the length of optical fiber cantilever beam.Thirdly,the influence of the length of the cantilever beam and the length of the air gap on the transmission of light intensity was studied.Through theoretical calculation of the length of the cantilever beam influences the natural offset,the length of the fiber cantilever beam was determined.Then the length of the fiber cantilever beam was simulated with ANSYS and Rsoft,the length of the transmitting fiber,air gap,and receiving fiber were determined.And the preparation methods of optical fiber cantilever sensors was studied.Finally,build an optical fiber cantilever vibration sensor measurement experimentplatform and do experiments.Low frequency vibration signals and high frequency vibration signals were measured respectively.And the basic sensor parameters(range,resolution,linearity,etc.)and environmental parameters(temperature)were analyzed.
