Firefighting protection industry is an important part of the national economy.The development level of firefighting electronics manufacturing enterprises is an important symbol of national public safety.With the rapid development of the country's economy,large-scale leading fire-fighting electronics manufacturing companies with annual output value exceeding RMB 100 million have emerged,and the competition among enterprises is fierce.Fire-fighting electronics manufacturers have a small degree of product differentiation and fierce price competition.In order to get rid of the simple price war,in addition to increasing the research and development of core technologies,CRM will provide differentiated products and personalized services from the perspective of customers.It is the key to solving this problem.This article first analyzes the general situation of fire electronic manufacturing enterprises.From the perspective of effective management of customers,it thoroughly analyzes the current lack of effective management of customers,and proposes that enterprises should implement CRM,and enhance the management of customers through the construction of CRM system.ability.Secondly,with the analysis of the common needs of the leading companies in the industry,starting from the industry demand,business needs and performance requirements,the requirements of the leading companies in the fire protection industry for the CRM system have been clarified.Thirdly,according to the requirements of the enterprise CRM,we have designed and established the overall logical structure of the CRM system of the fire-fighting electronics manufacturing enterprise at the user layer,application layer,analysis layer,and data layer,organizational structure,business process,and data flow to realize customer management,market management,and customer service.Management,hospitality management,system management,etc.are the main management functions of the fire electronic manufacturing enterprise CRM system.Further,from the perspective of demand for data mining analysis by fire electronic manufacturing companies,data warehouse design was conducted.Finally,using the CRISP-DM mining model,a customer value classification model based on K-means algorithm and a customer satisfaction model based on decision tree algorithm are constructed to effectively mine customer information and successfully implement the enterprise according to the analysis results.CRM made recommendations.
