Wireless sensor networks(WSNs)as the underlying architecture of the Internet of Things are the most important technical means for data sensing in the Internet of Things.Its security is crucial to the development and application of the Internet of Things.WSNs based on scale-free theory have strong fault tolerance for random failures of nodes,can be better applied to the unattended complex environment of WSNs.However,in WSNs with scale-free features,due to the heterogeneity of the degree distribution,some nodes are very critical in the network,once they are attacked,they are very harmful to the network.The selective forwarding attack is a common type of network layer attack,the attacker selectively loses information or fail to forward sensitive information,undermining the normal collection of network data,it is a great threat to the network of this feature.This paper focuses on the existing problems,first of all,it introduces the concept,characteristics and development status of the WSNs,and analyzes the common WSNs routing attack forms.At the same time,for the harm of the selective forwarding attack in the routing layer of the WSNs,two classic WSNs security routing algorithm models are analyzed in detail.Secondly,aiming at the problem that WSNs scale-free topology is extremely vulnerable to selective forwarding attacks,a multiple property decision-making secure routing algorithm for WSNs based on scale-free topology is proposed.The parameters such as node energy transmission efficiency,load and packet loss rate are defined as the attributes in the model.The relative entropy is used to calculate the weight of each attribute,and a multiple property decision model is established,the node selects the optimal path according to the decision model.The model considers the dynamic characteristics of the network and effectively compensates for the inadequacies of existing algorithms that solve the problem of scale-free topology attacks simply from the network structure.Finally,in order to overcome the impact of relying too much on a single path,from anetwork-wide perspective,a multi-path secure routing algorithm for WSNs based on scale-free topology was proposed.By analyzing the topology structure of the network,the optimal load factor of the degree and critical load was found,and uses the digital watermarking technique to detect the packet loss rate of the network path and Gaussian modeling the packet loss rate.Then,the path load function and the path loss ratio are used as the trust model factor to establish the path trust model.According to the path trust model,a path probability function is constructed,and the transmission path is selected according to the resulting function,finally,a global optimal wireless sensor network security routing algorithm is obtained.
