Sensor networks, as the first of ten new technology deeply affect human future life, has tremendous applicable value. Sensor networks, which centered on data, have limited computing capacity, limited storage capacity, limited wireless communicative capacity, limited energy supply capacity. Therefore how to acquire abundance and efficiency characteristic information of sensed object as soon as possible, and transmit to sink node to take into process, is the emphases of presently research, And all those problems can be sum up to the routing problem of sensor networks.At present, the research on routing of sensor network has not been efficiently evolved and materiality progressed, and also a large number of scholar still consider that sensor networks is the extension of wireless technology in sensor fields, such as take the ad hoc network as the ground support, replant current network system structure, and so on. However, all those idea can not provide efficient solutions and directions to routing problem of sensor networks.Sensor networks as a kind of complex networks, has characteristic of complex networks certainly. Therefore, via statistical method, we analyze data of CAIDA's skitter project to find the rules of Internet complex networks, so as to direct the research on sensor networks' behaviors from the point of view of complex networks. And as a result of the research, sensor networks have the characteristic of free scale networks.To the characteristic of dynamic topology and limited resource condition existed in sensor networks, by referring to the OSI model and TCP/IP protocol family, put forward a special layered system structure, in which some secondary functions and protocols are reduced, and take on information fusion function. The design of the system structure is on the precondition of saving energy, high redundant policy is also adopted to ensure characteristic to be efficiently gathered in limited irresponsible circumstance. The system structure can also support sensing and adapting dynamic topology changing and realize self-adapting and expansibility of routing protocol.As a kind of complex network, the emphasis of the sensor network's topology, is on the sensor networks' behavior (spread efficiency and spread cost) and so on, so the spread behavior of sensor network in different type topology is researched by the simulation model.
