Since the advent of 3D printing technology,many regions of the world have gradually begun to study the technology,making the development of 3D printing technology more rapid.Until today,3D printing technology has become more mature,infiltrated into all aspects of our lives,and brought more convenience to our lives,especially the innovative development of this technology in the medical field.The main contents include:(1)The 3D printing technology was studied,and based on this research,a new type of 3D printer was designed and manufactured.At the same time,the subject also intersected the 3D printing technology and the medical imaging technology so that doctors could treat it.During the process,some three-dimensional information about the patient's physiology or pathology can be obtained at any time,so that some targeted treatments can be performed,which can make the surgery more precise and promote medical growth.(2)Researched the application of 3D printing technology in medicine.Master the use of Mimics 17.0 software,import the acquired medical images CT,MRI and other data into the software,and generate two-dimensional images of medical images in the software,and then calculate and generate in the software according to a series of operations.Accurate 3D solid model reconstruction of femur,heart and coronary artery models,reconstruction of defective cranial models,etc.,and then use Mimatics software's extension function module 3-matic to repair the model's existing loopholes and optimize the model,and optimize the model to STL.Save the form,and then import the model of this format into the 3D printing slicing software Cura for slicing processing.Finally,use the 3D printer to print out the corresponding medical entity model,and realize the intersection of 3D printing technology and medical science.(3)Develop and assemble a 3D printer with a single stroke,dual nozzles,and color mixing nozzles that can run on a large stroke.Through consulting the data,the working mechanism of the 3D printer is known,and further research is carried out based on the performance of the existing 3D printer.The article mainly studies the construction of the 3D printer based on the FDM technology,and rectifies the structure design of X and Y axis of the 3D printer,Z axis transmission device and printer frame.
