AGV has been widely used as an effective means of automation of contemporary logistics and flexible equipment.It has very important theoretical and practical significance for AGV research.At present,AGV navigation system from the performance and price comparison,the domestic production of navigation systems performance is low,the price is low,and more high-end products more dependent on imports.As the imported navigation system more expensive,led to China's existing small and medium-sized and private enterprises have no ability to bear,which limits the AGV navigation system development and AGV in the enterprise application.In this paper,from the practical application and price point of view,the development of a cost-effective AGV navigation system,combined with the needs of production enterprises,design of magnetic navigation AGV control system.From the cost side,the choice of rubber soft magnetic stripe as the guide medium of the magnetic navigation system.As the magnetic navigation system has some limitations,mainly in its positioning accuracy and flexibility,which we in the magnetic navigation system based on the addition of RFID cards to assist its positioning function,so as to achieve both to guide AGV along Guide the media forward,but also accurate positioning of the target automatically guide the car.From the technical point of view,the introduction of radio frequency technology,both to achieve the car can be in the bifurcation path,but also to improve its site stop accuracy.In the radio frequency technology,the use of multiple RFID cards,AGV can achieve multi-line travel.In the navigation system of the obstacle avoidance function design part,by the use of ultrasonic and infrared sensors,to reduce the use of only the blind barrier blind.AGV core control chip selection cost-effective STM32,the chip's performance to meet the design needs of AGV.Through the performance test,STM32-based magnetic navigation AGV navigation system navigation performance is good,and this navigation system is simple,easy to install,easy to use,the price is lower than similar products,wide application areas,have good market prospects.
