Quantitative Analysis Of American Financial Aid Patents

The financial aid patent refers to the patent generated by scientific research projects sponsored by the state,the government or social organizations.Through the implementation of large-scale scientific research projects and the establishment of scientific research fund organizations,the state and government have effectively allocated funds and scientific and technological resources to the rational allocation of scientific and technological resources,which not only enables scientific research activities to continue to carry on efficiently,but also make orderly planning for the development direction of science and technology according to the actual situation of the country.This paper takes the patent of the financial aid project of the United States as the research object,and the data are divided into three parts: financial aid patent in the United States,the other common patents in the United States and the financial aid project information of the United States.The study found that since 1976,the total amount of financial aid patents in the United States has been 112177,including 53 plant patents and 782 defense inventions,and the United States is currently in the fastest stage of financing the growth of patents.And the financial aid patents of the government agencies account for a large proportion,and the financial aid patents of the enterprises are only a small part.The National Institutes of Health and the National Natural Science have the largest number of patents and still maintain a long trend year by year.The main technical fields of financial aid patents in the United States are the field of drugs and medicine,the relatively low degree of attention to the field of mechanical and other fields.The number of references to scientific papers and the proportion of references to scientific papers show obvious advantages over the number of non aid patents,and the patents produced by different funding agencies are in science.According to the different proportion of the quoted papers,the patent is divided into three categories: high science linkage degree patent,middle science linkage patent and low scientific linkage patent.With the continuous improvement of science and technology,the low speed growth of low scientific linkage patent is slow,and the leading position has been gradually lost,and the high scientific linkage degree developed rapidly and became the mainstream of financial aid patents at the end of last century.
