Research And Development Of WK1G PLC V1.0 Hardware And Software System

This paper belongs to the sub topic of tutors' self selected research projects.This paper completes the research and development of software and hardware of WK1 G PLC V1.0 system.The hardware is the basic prototype of V1.0 PLC.The software is the basic logic control program of V1.0 PLC,the basic timer,counter and communication program.Programmable logic controller(programmable logic controller)has been widely used in the field of industrial automation because of its characteristics of simple and fast control,reliable and stable work,simple and flexible programming.As an important basic equipment in the field of automation control in China,PLC has played a more and more important role.With the continuous development of high performance microcontrollers and the continuous updating of embedded technology in recent years,a design scheme of V1.0 type PLC is proposed in this paper.The purpose is to design a PLC with independent technology,which can achieve a relatively stable control scheme and reduce the production cost greatly on the basis of reliability.The hardware design of the scheme takes the STM32F103VET6 processor as the core,and designs the corresponding host module,input and output module and communication module.The hardware part of this design adopts the scheme of partial modular design on the basis of the integral PLC,which strengthens the compatibility and the virtuous of the hardware system.On the basis of ensuring the stability,the hardware self inspection ability is further optimized.The V1.0 PLC running system is based on the working principle of the traditional PLC and implements the instruction execution platform of the running system based on the workflow of the traditional PLC,and also makes the corresponding program support to the AD module and the communication module.On the basis of the design of the hardware schematic diagram,the design of the hardware circuit board is made and the welding of the components is completed.The main hardware and software are debugged.The feasibility and rationality of the design are verified,and the more open and more flexible hardware and software design scheme is provided,which has good practical value.Combining the hardware system with the software system,the production cost is controlled on the basis of ensuring the reliable realization of the basic functions of the PLC.It provides an effective solution to solve the problem of high cost caused by the monopoly of the PLC market at the present stage.
