With the development of information technology entering the era of big data,the informationization of the medical industry is also rapidly developing,and medical data are growing exponentially."Internet + medical" research and application is also more and more extensive.The introduction of smart medical care and the popularity of mobile devices have led to a massive increase in medical and health data.Under the “big data +” environment,people began to study the application of data visualization analysis to medical data.Data visualization can make full use of human sensory vision system to guide users in data analysis and display the information behind the data in an intuitive and easy-to-operate manner to better support user decision-making.This article discusses the related theories and techniques of medical data visualization analysis.Based on this,combined with the needs of the health medical big data platform in Chongqing Yongchuan District,a medical data visualization analysis system has been developed.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)Through the analysis and research on the development status of domestic medical big data,combined with the needs of the data visualization analysis of Chongqing's Yongchuan District medical big data platform,the software engineering idea was used to make detailed requirements for the visualization analysis system in the platform.Analysis,and detailed design of the system's functionality.(2)According to the needs of the demonstration of medical data visualization in Yongchuan District,the Spark computing platform was used to statistically analyze and analyze the medical data in electronic information cases and medical health records so as to obtain the data information that needs to be displayed.(3)Based on the SpringMVC framework,research was conducted using front-end display technologies such as Echarts,HCharts,etc.Based on the design of specific modules,medical data was obtained for Yongchuan District(mainly information on the number of patients admitted and discharged in 24 H,age,height and weight information,disease-drug-related information,and regional diseases.Information,referral department information,and children's physical examination information,etc.)Visual analysis and presentation.(4)Study the use of web crawler technology to achieve the function of searching the page information in the visual analysis system.Currently,the visual analysis system for medical data based on Yongchuan District is still in full swing.The data visualization analysis system will be deployed to Chongqing Yongchuan District Health Care Big Data Service Platform as a subsystem to provide services.
