With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the expansion of industry scale and management field makes the competitions among the catering enterprises are becoming increasingly fierce.Although catering enterprises can achieve more benefits by the expanding of business volumes,but neglecting the loss of profits within the enterprise will have a great negative impact on the enterprise.How to establish a loss prevention management system for catering industry and prevent unnecessary loss in operation is of great significance to the sustainable development of enterprises.First,the dissertation introduces the feature selection methods and classification mining algorithms related to the loss prevention model and determines the abnormal event types by investigating the business process and the internal audit status of the catering enterprises.Then,the loss prevention model for catering industry is established based on the optimal special collection of different abnormal events and Bayesian classification algorithm,and the model threshold is optimized according to the classification results and actual requirements.The experiment proves the accuracy and efficiency of the model.At the same time,we use the visualization of data heat map to associate abnormal events with waiters,screening and analyzing abnormal behavior attendants for the inspectors to do further investigation.Finally,based on the loss prevention model,the process of loss prevention retrospective verification is added,and a compression domain key frame extraction method based on the similarity of adjacent I-frame DC images was used to design and implement loss prevention management system for catering industry.The system facilitates the manager to verify the specific scene of profit loss through video detection and respond in time,helps managers to analyze the number and type of abnormal events from multiple angles.The loss prevention management system for catering industry implemented in this thesis has already been initially developed and applied in practical testing and application in some catering companies.To a certain extent,the system has improved the efficiency of management and inspection of the catering industry,and achieved the aim of optimizing the internal control mechanism,preventing the loss of profits and promoting the healthy development of the enterprises.
